   I recently went for a cross-country trip made possible by Panera Bread and 24 Hour Fitness. The 24 Hour Fitnesses for a workout and a shower and the Panera Breads for their Bistro Steak Salad, with a taste that’s as great as the 58 grams of fat that make it up and for their easy to use free wi-fi (wireless internet) access.
